Overview: In the drive to allocate in our portfolio, the Bharat Diamond Bourse work was undertaken. The changing Economic scenario and Investment and space requirement lead the Diamond people to Bandra Kurla Complex, the new Business District of Mumbai.

The RCC structure of the Entrance to the Building was given cantilevered RCC finish with granite wall elegantly reflecting the shadow play of passerby. The dry cladding of granite of 40mm thickness was used for proper finish & a protection to the RCC. The cantilever canopy is constructed in such a way that it forms an overhang and implies a sense of scale to the human form. On practical level, it forms a covering from harsh and direct sun, a protection from rains and also a grand entrance for residents.

our interest in the quality of construction and amenities for our customers who chose us for their comfort and dwelling, for them we do not make compromise. Aluminium composite panel work was undertaken in grand scale to achieve high degree of strength and lightness.
